Destination weddings are always a unique experience, a time for family members and closest friends to spend a week’s holiday abroad all together, in a place they have never been before and experience local folklore, customs and traditional food.
This was the case of Diane & Nigel’s wedding in Ravello last 28th September…
They spent one week in a beautiful sea view villa in Ravello with immediate family and took advantage of their stay to explore the Amalfi Coast with its stunning landscapes, going on some daily excursions and sightseeing.
Besides these activities, Diane and Nigel offered a very enjoyable three day wedding celebration, from the welcome cocktail the day before the wedding to the unforgettable wedding day at the beautiful Villa Eva in Ravello and the funny post wedding party at a private villa with pool near Ravello.
The wedding day was of course, full of emotions…despite the heavy rain that sent all our plans and arrangements both at the Town Hall for the ceremony and at Villa Eva for the reception awry , but even so everybody was so full of happiness and enjoyed so much the day ! Plan B was still very successful!
The cherry on top of the cake was the after dinner party…a very talented live band first and a DJ accompanied by a sax and a bongo drum player played till 2:00 am, making the atmosphere so pleasant and such fun for everybody.
