Working with Rosella was an amazing experience. Every detail was considered during the months of planning we did together.

She suggested details for things I never thought of or considered and provided tons of options for me to choose from. Starting with the basics for the location - I had never traveled to Italy before my wedding trip and was so clueless, Rosella provided me with locations in many different cities with attachments for those places for me to go through until I decided on the perfect one.

She provided florist options and worked with them and had them delivered to me. She provided many options for hair and makeup stylists with their instagram attached along with a detailed pricing list.

I only ended up choosing someone for my hair and it was done gorgeously, better than I could have expected. She also provided many options for photographers along with their instagrams and the one I ended up choosing was amazing- my own personal hype man. We went through detailed menu options for cocktail hour with ten appetizer options and two cocktails.

We went though a five course dinner menu together, and also an extensive wine list for the dinner. She found an amazing celebrant for me who was so amazing. Rosella also provided all transportation we needed the entire trip, to and from the train station at the beginning and end of our trip.

To and from the restaurant the day of the wedding and also to and from Maiori where we rented a boat for the day, that Rosella also set up for us. There was not a detail missed on this very special day and it turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Rosella was there to answer any questions I had about Italy and traveling in addition to wedding questions.

She is so patient, kind, and knowledgeable and I can’t thank her enough for this experience! Everyone she recommended were also so amazing and kind and there is no way I could’ve ever put together something so magical without Rosella!

If you need a wedding planner, look no further than Rossella. She was perfect! My wife and I were planning a wedding in Positano for May 2023. We tried planning it ourselves at first, but quickly realized we had no idea to plan a wedding abroad and very few vendors would respond to us! As soon as we worked with Rossella though, all that stress melted away.

From the very first email to after the wedding, she has been spectacular. She is trusted, diligent, and adaptable. She gave us great options, realistic expectations, and helpful information at each step of the planning process.

Her services are also reasonably priced compared to others we looked into, but she was literally the first wedding planner to respond and begin helping us!

We have just returned from our fantastic wedding in Italy planned by the amazing Rossella at Fairy Tale Amalfi Coast Weddings who helped organise the most special day for us.

Having no idea where to start, we met first over video call and found Rossella to be extremely professional and passionate about wedding planning and with her local knowledgeable of the Amalfi coast, we knew immediately Fairy Tale Weddings was the one to be trusted with our wedding plans.

Organising a wedding abroad can be really daunting and stressful, however Rossella helped us through every single step, including the legalities required and organising the legal translation including all town hall arrangements. This removed a lot of the stress from us - we couldn't have done it without her.

We didn’t have to worry or think about anything, she advised us every step of the way with what we needed to do or decide and when, gave us options and helped us by confirming and booking everything, extremely responsive over email - no worrying, communication was excellent.

Her choice of vendors for our wedding were all fantastic and were perfect for our day, she certainly understands what you are wanting to achieve. The band sourced for our reception was unbelievable as were all the musicians booked on our behalf, our guests absolutely loved the entertainment.

Rossella also translated for us on the day our vows, this made it even more special as over the 12 months of planning time we had got to know each other. I can highly recommend taking the time to take your vows in italy - they are very meaningful as you would expect with Italian values, just perfect for us. Along with staying until late in the evening to ensure all our plans came together, you cannot ask for a more personal touch and piece of mind.

We would not hesitate in recommending Fairy Tale Amalfi Coast Weddings.

We are sad our time in Italy is over and had to return to the UK, however we will be forever grateful to Rossella for helping to give memories to not only us as newlyweds, but for all our family and friends which will last a lifetime. Italy will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

I got engaged over the holidays this past year in Boston & my dream has always been to get married in Positano. I wasn’t sure if I had enough time to plan a destination wedding in another country with only 8 months to go and started to stress out. I reached out to a few wedding planners over the holidays & Rosella got back to me right away. She assured me we had plenty of time to plan the wedding of my dreams and instantly put me at ease. She asked what my vision was and went to work right away recommending everything from hotel accommodations, venues, photographers/videographers, music, hair/makeup artists, flowers, boat excursion companies to the wedding celebrant.

From the very beginning the experience of planning my wedding with Rosella was enjoyable and stress free. She was always prompt getting back to me even with a 6 hour time difference and the attention she paid to detail in our countless emails blew me away. She kept me on track & was exceptionally organized & helpful with the overwhelming amount of decisions involved in planning a wedding. She helped us organize a welcome dinner the night before our wedding & was even there to make sure all 75 of our guests boarded the buses to the restaurant on time. I had been told by my many people who were married before to go with the flow and be prepared for little glitches along the way but I can honestly say the wedding day went absolutely perfect! Everyone involved from the photographers to the makeup artists were on time & did a wonderful job. Rosella was always right there checking in with me to make sure everything was to my liking and served as a calming presence. I couldn’t believe how seamless every single detail turned out from our welcome dinner to our wedding afterparty. At one point or another almost all of our guests had said “this is the best wedding I’ve ever been to!” and I couldn’t agree more!

Rosella made planning a wedding in another country easier than it would have been to plan here in Boston & it exceeded all of my expectations. To say she made my dream come true would be an understatement & I honestly cannot thank her enough.
