A secluded village that boasts utterly beautiful and romantic scenery, a luxury five-star hotel with breathtaking sea views, romantic gardens and exquisite cuisine and a sparkling bride and groom’s squad were the ingredients of Irina & Ryans wedding last summer.
This lovely couple from the USA first contacted us in the summer of 2019 and after postponing and rescheduling the wedding date due to pandemic restrictions, finally managed to get married last 15th July. It was a one week holiday on the Amalfi Coast for the newlyweds, their family and closest friends, who took advantage of the wedding event to explore this beautiful area they had never visited before.
In fact, they went sightseeing, hired a private boat with a skipper and went on a boat trip to Capri and being trekking lovers, even did an excursion to the stunning "path of the gods" above Positano, one of the authentic gems of the coast…
As specialist wedding planners, what matters the most to us is to create an exclusive flawless event for our lovely couples, paying attention to each and every detail.
We worked so hard to fulfill Irina’s expectations, because she wanted everything to be perfect and create a unique tailor-made wedding for her and Ryan, so we were over the moon when, after the wedding, they said "Our wedding planner has the patience of a saint. We were very difficult to work with, because it would take us forever to make any decisions, but despite our indecisiveness, our wedding and our stay in Ravello were absolutely wonderful thanks to her and her passion for what she does".
The day before the wedding, they hosted a welcome dinner at the panoramic Garden hotel in Ravello, a cozy, family run three-star hotel, where they enjoyed delicious food buffet style and had a lot of fun, being entertained all evening long by the pleasant music of guitar and mandolin.
What a perfect way to kick off the celebrations!!
The big day arrived … Irina got ready with her bridesmaids at the beautiful Villa Mariella, whereas Ryan was at Villa Piedimonte, where the couple would stay after the wedding in Ravello.
Irina looked absolutely gorgeous in her white Woná Concept dress , red Jimmy Choo shoes and a pearl necklace and earrings.
She wanted an impressive look, with dark eyes, red lips and a crown in her hair to make Ryan absolutely speechless…and in fact, so he was when he first saw her at Villa Rufolo, when they met for the 'first look' photo session.
In the meanwhile, their guests were eagerly waiting for them to arrive in the beautiful Wagner gardens of the Belmond Hotel Caruso, where the ceremony was held, cheered by the music of a string quartet.
The same string quartet carried on entertaining guests during a pre-dinner aperitif with canapés and cocktails on the Wagner lawn.
The reception continued with a succulent dinner served beneath the olive trees adorned with fairy lights, where an imperial table was set up.
Irina chose the ‘warm tones’ of gold for cutlery, tableware and chairs and the intense colour of burgundy mixed with blush white and greenery for the floral decorations. Gold candleholders and lots of tea lights gave a touch of elegance to the wedding dinner table.
A grand piano played throughout dinner, making the atmosphere so magic, relaxed and romantic…
The reception ended at the stunning hotel Infinity pool, where a delicious cake with Amalfi lemon cream, richly adorned in blue sugared paste and gold decorations was served. Irina & Ryan finally pampered their guests with an open bar of spirits and cocktails, while dancing went on till midnight with the music of a DJ and everybody had a lot of fun!
What a perfect way to end a week of celebrations, good food and strong emotions !
