A Romantic Elopement in Amalfi
The Amalfi Coast is the perfect location for a seaside destination wedding in Italy, because it offers striking settings for photos and breathtaking views.
Lots of couples from overseas choose the Amalfi Coast to tie the knot and more and more frequently just to 'elope'.
That was the case of Rebecca and Jade last November…
Last year this gorgeous couple from Australia travelled to Europe and took advantage of this long journey abroad to get married in Amalfi.
They had a civil ceremony at the stunning Arab Norman Cloister of the NH Grand Hotel Convento di Amalfi on the 11th November 2019, on a warm and sunny day.
Despite being just the two of them, the ceremony was incredibly emotional, because both of them were moved to tears, especially when they exchanged their vows.
Rebecca looked absolutely beautiful in her white silk dress, holding a beautiful bouquet of white English roses and Jade stared at her all the time with eyes full of tenderness.
After the ceremony, they took some pictures at various locations, mostly in Atrani, a very picturesque small village close to Amalfi and enjoyed a delicious dinner at the NH Hotel with a few friends.
Weather was nice the following days, so that they had the chance to explore the coast and the island of Capri, which are very peaceful in winter.
Who says that summer is the ideal season for weddings? Let the sun always shine in your hearts, even in winter time !
